As of September 2026, its free tier allows a handful of short watermarked videos a month and paid plans start around twenty dollars monthly, with per-seat pricing for teams.

The assumption is that you arrive with a clip. If you arrive with a 40-minute podcast, the clipping is an extra, and the editor is built for finishing rather than for assembling a short from several sources.

Most people who move from Submagic were using it as the last step of a three-tool chain: cut clips somewhere, caption them in Submagic, schedule them somewhere else. In Splicora the chain is one project.
