Brand Voice

Brand voice AI: every caption, post and hook in your own tone

Generic AI copy is easy to spot. Splicora learns your tone from the content you already publish — your vocabulary, your sentence length, the jokes you make and the ones you do not — and writes every caption, post and hook to match. Set up a profile per brand or client and switch between them.

Splicora — Brand Voice

What you get

Brand Voice AI, in practice

Trained on your content

Paste your best posts, a transcript or a style guide. The AI extracts tone, vocabulary and structure rather than copying sentences.

One profile per brand

Free includes one brand voice, Starter three, Pro ten and Teams twenty-five — so an agency keeps every client distinct.

Applied everywhere

Captions, hooks, X threads, LinkedIn posts, newsletters and show notes all draw on the active profile.

Rules you can read

Each profile shows the do-and-don't list it follows. Edit a rule and every future output changes with it.

How it works

From upload to published in 4 steps

1

Create a brand voice profile

In Settings, name the profile and paste examples: posts that performed, a page of your website, a transcript.

2

Review the extracted tone

Splicora summarises the voice as rules — formality, sentence length, humour, words to use and avoid. Adjust anything.

3

Select it in a project

Pick the profile when repurposing a video; every generated text uses it.

4

Refine over time

Add new examples as your voice evolves. Agencies keep one profile per client.

The problem with "AI-generated" captions

Everyone can tell. The same enthusiasm, the same three emojis, the same "Ready to level up?" close. When an account that used to sound like a person starts sounding like a template, engagement drops — followers came for the person. The value of AI writing is speed; the cost, without a voice, is trust.

A brand voice model fixes the cost without giving up the speed. Splicora reads what you have already written and derives a profile: how formal you are, how long your sentences run, whether you open with a question or a statement, which words are yours and which you would never use. Every generated caption is then written against that profile. Read how brand voice AI keeps captions sounding like you for a worked example.

What a profile captures

  • Register — casual, direct, technical, warm. Most brands sit in one place on that scale and rarely move.
  • Rhythm — short punchy lines or longer, explanatory ones; one idea per sentence or several.
  • Vocabulary — the words you use for your product, your audience and your ideas; the words you avoid.
  • Structure — how you open, whether you use lists, how you close, whether you ask for the follow.
  • Guardrails — claims you never make, topics you do not touch, emoji policy.

The profile is shown as a plain-language list of rules, not a black box. If the AI gets something wrong, you change the rule rather than fighting the output.

For agencies and teams

A team managing several accounts needs several voices and a way to keep them apart. Profiles are selected per project, so a clip repurposed for one client is never captioned in another client's tone. Plans scale with that: one voice on Free, three on Starter, ten on Pro and twenty-five on Teams, with team seats on the Teams plan so writers and editors share the same profiles. Combine it with caption presets and the brand kit and every output — text and picture — is on brand by default.

Brand voice across the product

The profile is used wherever Splicora writes: the on-screen text around captions, the openers from the hook generator, the titles and descriptions attached to a scheduled post, and the blog posts, newsletters and threads produced in a project's Write stage. The faceless video generator writes its scripts in it too.
