AI Reframe
Every platform wants a different shape. Splicora reframes a 16:9 recording to 9:16 for TikTok, Reels and Shorts, 1:1 for the Instagram feed and 4:5 for Facebook and the Instagram grid — and its AI tracks the speaker so nobody ends up cropped out of the shot.

What you get
The AI follows the face or the moving subject and keeps it in the vertical frame, even when the speaker walks across the shot.
Select 9:16, 1:1 and 4:5 together and get one export per format from the same source; the original 16:9 stays as it is.
Paste a YouTube URL or upload a file. No re-uploading the same video for each platform.
Each reframed video downloads as a standard MP4 that every platform accepts, or goes straight to the scheduler.
How it works
Splicora accepts YouTube links and MP4, MOV, WebM and AVI uploads.
9:16 (TikTok, Reels, Shorts), 1:1 (Instagram square) or 4:5 (Instagram portrait, Facebook). Pick several at once.
Tracking takes a little longer because the video is analysed first, and it is the right choice for anything with people in it.
Each format exports as its own MP4. Publish them from the calendar with per-platform captions.
A camera records in 16:9. TikTok, Reels and Shorts want 9:16. The Instagram feed prefers 4:5 or 1:1. LinkedIn and X will show a landscape video but give far more screen to a vertical one. If you post the same recording everywhere, you resize it four times — and the naive way, a centre crop, cuts the speaker in half the moment they lean left.
An AI video resizer solves this by finding the subject before it crops. Splicora detects faces and motion, then moves a vertical window across the original frame so the important part stays visible. The output looks like it was shot vertical, not squeezed into it.
You rarely need to run the resizer by hand. Every clip the AI clip generator cuts is reframed to 9:16 automatically with tracking on, and the Reels generator and Shorts maker use the same engine. The standalone tool is for a video you already have — a finished landscape edit that now needs a vertical version.
Once resized, the clip is one click from captions, a hook and the scheduler.
Selecting several targets at once is the normal case: one run, three exports, each named for its platform, each one click from the scheduler.
A centre crop cuts off whoever sits at the edge of a two-shot. A static crop follows nobody, so a speaker who leans out of the window leaves half a face on screen. A crop that jumps every time the subject moves is worse than either. Splicora tracks the subject and moves the window smoothly, holding still when the speaker is still and easing across when they move, so the reframed clip looks shot that way rather than cut down.
It also keeps on-screen text in mind: captions are added after the reframe, positioned inside the new frame by the subtitle generator, so nothing important is cropped by the platform's own interface.
FAQ
9:16 vertical, 1:1 square and 4:5 portrait, from a landscape or vertical source. You can select several targets in one run.
Yes. AI face tracking follows whoever is in frame and moving; for interviews with two fixed speakers, a static crop or a split layout in the editor may look cleaner.
The output is rendered from the original file at the original resolution of the cropped area, so a 1080p landscape source produces a sharp vertical clip. Upscaling a very low-resolution source will still look low-resolution.
